Amusingly the town had a power cut for most of the morning - considering most places that we stay have no electricity it was somewhat ironic! Spent the morning meandering around the shops in Swakopmund and watching the world go by in one of the street cafes. Ian finally managed to get me to visit a museum but unfortunately the Aquarium was closed which was a shame. The town is lovely and a mecca for little curio shops with fantastic African art and tableware.
